Design and manufacturing of home appliances.
In recent years, we have been engaged in cost-reduction design and manufacturing in various aspects such as the mechanisms, structures, and software of increasingly complex home appliances.
Our machine design business, initiated by requests from major manufacturers, primarily focuses on the design of copiers/multifunction printers, including chassis design and exterior design, as well as mechanical design for feed and output units, and precision machinery design for optical devices and medical equipment-related products. Additionally, we conduct performance evaluation tests, mass production tests, follow-up for mass production, and design of mass production equipment related to these design tasks. In recent years, home appliances have come to be known as IT appliances and digital appliances, with various mechanical components being controlled, leading to increased complexity. Furthermore, significant advancements have been made in cost reduction through considerations such as reducing the number of parts, changing shapes, standardizing components, simplifying joints like screws, changing materials, and modifying manufacturing processes. We leverage our strengths in controlling these mechanical components (software development) for home appliance manufacturers, conducting cost-reduction design across various aspects such as mechanisms, structures, and software, as well as manufacturing products. Of course, we can accommodate both 2D and 3D CAD design. In electrical design (in collaboration with partner companies), we handle everything from conceptual design to circuit design and control sequences.
